After returning to his hometown, he opened his own implant clinic, where he combines his extensive knowledge and experience in both dentistry and medicine. A proud graduate of the University of North Dakota, Dr. Churchman earned his master's degree as a physician assistant before advancing his education at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Passionate about providing exceptional care, he actively practices, ensuring his patients receive the highest quality treatment. While each case is different, a single simple uncomplicated implant placement with placement of a permanent crown is less than $3,000

If your insurance will accept out of network providers, we can provide patients with documentation to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement

How much do extractions cost

Our pricing varies depending on the complexity of the extraction. But single rooted teeth such as front teeth typically cost $150 and molars start at $220 without bone grafting or socket preservation.

Do you accept insurance ?

Unfortunately, we don't currently accept insurance as an in network provider. All procedures are fee for service.
